**Overview**:
As an** Office and Community Manger** for Oliver James Milan you will to join the growing Oliver James Talent Management Team and report directly to the Talent Manager based in Milan.
An insight into some of your responsibilities:
**Office Management**:
- Maintain office efficiency by managing supplies, equipment, and spaces to ensure a clean and functional work space.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, gatherings, and internal events, handling reservations and organisational aspects.
- Nurture vendor relationships and oversee office-related services.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, gatherings, internal events, and also provide support as a PA/Executive Assistant to the County Manager and the Management Team, such as booking travel and organizing logístical details.
- Fleet Management:
- Monitoring of costs, road traffic violations (fines), and adoption of corrective actions.
- Management of relationships with vehicle suppliers.
- Management of vehicle allocation and return.
**Community Management**:
- Devise and execute initiatives that strengthen the sense of belonging and involvement within our corporate community.
- Organise internal events, including team-building activities, workshops, and social experiences to foster collaboration and reinforce the company culture.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify employee engagement opportunities and develop appropriate programs.
**Internal Communication**:
- Manage internal communications, including company announcements, updates, and event promotions.
- Curate internal communication channels, such as the office bulletin board and digital platforms, to share pertinent information with the corporate community.
**Feedback and Improvement**:
- Gather employee feedback on the effectiveness of initiatives and events, making improvements based on received evaluations.
- Analyse data related to activities and participants to assess the impact of initiatives on company culture and propose optimisation.
**HR Support and Cross-Collaboration**:
- Provide assistance to the Talent Manager in HR-related projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the People Operations department based in Manchester to enhance cross-functional cooperation and share best practices.
**Requirements**:
- Degree preferably in Communication, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in office management, event planning, or community management highly valued.
- Basic knowledge of HR admin and payroll processes.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creativity in designing innovative initiatives and events.
- Attention to detail and adept problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with corporate dynamics and best practices for employee engagement.
- Fluent in English. Knowledge of Spanish is considered a strong plus.
