Description
**OFFICE ASSISTANT (M/F)**:
**Your main responsibilities**:
- Manage and coordinate office related activities as suppliers and couriers
- Manage company lease cars and all related activities
- Manage company mobile phones and contracts
- Maintain employee's asset data base and manage employee related activities
- Organize office weekly plan
- Handle new employee onboarding package / leaving employee delivery package
- Be the primary contact for activities related to security and relative employees training courses required by the local law
- Be the primary contact for office maintenance and deal directly with the landlord
- Company events organization
- Receive incoming calls and receive visitors
- Administrative support and archive delivery note documents
**Your profile**:
- High school - Bachelor's degree represents an advantage
- Experience in multinational company is preferred
- Fluent in English and Italian (Additional languages are welcome)
- Very strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills, especially Excel and Outlook; SAP knowledge will be an advantage
