**The Office Assistant strongly contributes in making the office efficiently operating and in conveying a welcoming and positive image of the company to employees and external guests.

**Main duties as Office Assistant

- ** Welcome and record visitors, receive and sort calls and perform any requested activity related to the office management, including sending/receiving packages or documents via post or courier and performing needed admin tasks in collaboration with the General Services coordinator.

- ** Support the General Services/HR team in organizing initiatives/events in office and outside.

**Required Qualifications

- ** High School Diploma or Equivalent/Bachelor's degree

- ** English fluent and possibly another EU language

- ** At least 2/3 years as office assistant o similar roles

- ** Ability to address issues, resolve complaints

- ** Strong sense of empathy for people and ability to respond in difficult situations

- ** Google Suite experience

- ** Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Location: Rome Office

**Contract: Temporary contract, max 12 months

**Working hours: 20 hours/week (morning)**_from Monday to Thursday
