**OFFICE ASSISTANT JUNIOR

We are looking for an Assistant to act as the office point of reference for office management and editing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Secretarial and Editing support**:

Secretarial duties ranging from the management of correspondence, paper and electronic archives to internal administrative procedures, editing research reports, calls for tender, publishing publications and presentations.

Provide general support to visitors.

Support the HR team with onboarding process or in the preparation of marketing materials for recruiting events**:

- Office management**:

manage office maintenance, supplies, and equipment (stationery, kitchen and IT)**:

- Marketing support**:

Support the planning of events and communication activities: organization of meetings, from mailings to assistance to participants (registration, reservations, information), to editorial production of presentation material.

**Skills**:

- Fluency in Italian and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills

- 1 to 3 years' experience as an Office or Administrative Assistant

- Good organization skills and time management

- Good communications skills, written and verbal

- Confidence with IT and computer packages (excellent Word and PowerPoint skills)

- Accuracy and good attention to detail

- Discretion

- A bright and positive attitude

What we offer:

- Initial fixed term contract, after which a permanent one will be evaluated.
