JAKALA is seeking an Office Assistant to join our international team in Sofia, Bulgaria. We are looking for someone creative with a keen eye for detail, a strong focus on administrative tasks, and excellent communication skills to support our team in day-to-day operations and ensure the efficient functioning of our organisation.

**Your Responsibilities
As an Office Assistant, you will undertake various office support tasks and consistently deliver high-quality work in demanding situations. You will handle tasks with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion, incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
**Daily tasks include**:
- Tracking and managing all office-related documentation, including vacations, sick leaves, invoices, health insurance documentation, and other people management documents.
- Overseeing office equipment and maintenance, including monitoring, requesting, and restocking office supplies and consumables, and managing equipment inventory.
- Handling day-to-day office operations and communications with employees, partners, institutions, etc.
- Coordinating with courier services for sending and receiving shipments.
- Arranging meetings and completing management assignments by contacting relevant people and organisations.
- Calculating monthly office expenses and compiling long-term statistics.
- Organizing Team buildings and office events for occasions such as Easter, Christmas, and Halloween.
- Coordination and collaboration with the marketing team on creative projects.
- Capturing and sharing company internal and external events, parties, initiatives, etc.
- Supporting and communicating with EU office supervisors.
- Performing work-related errands, such as going to the post office and bank, as requested.
Qualifications:
**Your Profile**:
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
- Confident and pleasant personality with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Creative and resourceful in improving office processes and culture.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to tackle various tasks at the same time while being a good planner.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel.
- A valid driving license is required.
