Office Coordinator
Position Overview
**Key Responsibilities
- **Office Administration & Coordination**:
- Oversee daily office operations, including maintaining supplies, equipment, and a tidy workspace.
- Coordinate and manage office schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- **Archive Management**:
- Maintain and organize physical and digital records, ensuring proper documentation and accessibility.
- Implement and monitor archiving systems to comply with legal and organizational standards.
- **Human Resources Support**:
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including setting up workstations and providing necessary documentation.
- Support HR processes, including record-keeping and maintaining confidential employee files.
- Coordinate staff training and development initiatives.
- **Bureaucratic Tasks**:
- Handle administrative tasks related to government and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit documents for permits, licenses, and compliance purposes.
- **Office Events Coordination**:
- Plan and execute office events, including team-building activities, celebrations, and meetings.
- Manage logistics, catering, and event timelines to ensure smooth execution.
- **IT and Technology Point of Reference**:
- Serve as the main contact for IT support and service providers for troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Manage office technology inventory, including computers, printers, and software licenses.
- **Problem-Solving & Initiative**:
- Identify and address operational challenges to enhance office efficiency.
- Suggest and implement process improvements for workflow and organizational success.
**Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and procedures is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and handling basic IT issues.
- A positive and solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno
Retribuzione: €1. 400, 00 - €1. 500, 00 al mese
