For our new location in Italy, Padua, we are currently looking to recruit **a full-time** **Office Coordinator **starting immediately or according to mutual agreement.

The role is varied and will support across a wide range of responsibilities:

- Welcoming and caring for our national and international patients

- Pre

- and post-processing of documents for consultation and surgery, including maintenance of patient files

- Organising and coordinating daily activities of our doctors on site (e. g.

booking flights and hotels, coordinating appointments, organising transfers)

- Organisational tasks in the back office

- Receiving and processing incoming postal mail

- Telephone and written correspondence with our patients

- Interface between the colleagues on site as well as with our colleagues at our main location in Germany

- Appointment management for our consultation and surgery planning

- Support of regional marketing activities

We are looking for a responsible individual with relevant experience:

- Experience in a medical company is a must

- A strong sense of communication and empathy when interacting with female patients

- A friendly, open, confident and courteous attitude

- Conscientious and reliable work style

- A team-player

- Good knowledge of English is a must, other foreign languages such as German is an advantage

- Confident user of MS Office and Microsoft Teams
