Office Manager & Corporate Secretary - Part Time
LHH is hiring for an international client company leader in renewable energy sector an Office Manager & Corporate Secretary part time.
The successful Office Manager & Corporate Secretary will be responsible for support of the italian Management with focus on:
- Organizing the office management on a daily basis and assisting the team member's administrative support;
- Producing and collecting documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
- Managing legal mail accounts of several SPV's on a daily basis and being sure all communications are promptly and correctly distributed among the team members;
- Sorting and distributing communications promptly;
- Maintaining calendars and making appointments;
- Handling phone calls, enquiries and requests according to the functional affiliation;
- Care about stock and supplies of office supplies and other necessities;
- Arranging travel and accommodation as well as handling travel expenses;
- Performing front office duties when needed;
- Management of proxy recorded by a Notary and Board Minute.
- 3+ years of professional experience in similar jobs, ideally in law firm.
- Profound English knowledge in speaking and writing
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to multi-task and deliver deadlines;
- Flexibility, ability to quickly adapt to changes in the dynamic working environment.
