EDI is looking for **Office Manager** to join for our creative team. The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing and organizing all space management activities, services, and relationships with both internal clients (EDI's People) and external to the company.
They play an essential role in company coordination and are responsible for its smooth functioning, coordination, and supervision.

Job responsibilities:_
Takes care of office maintenance: plans maintenance autonomously, verifies the good condition and order of materials, furnishings, and the refreshment area;
- Manages meeting room reservations;
- Manages the company's contact database, updating it promptly;
- Organizes trips and business trips, books hotels, arranges car rentals or other necessary arrangements in the most economical and functional manner according to received requests;
- Manages the bike rental service;
- Develops and manages services that the company wants to offer to its population;
- Laundry service: researches and implements a convention with an on-site laundry service and manages the cash register (owner's expense);
- Bicycle service: researches and implements a convention with a mechanic for the pick-up and return service of employees' bikes at EDI, managing the cash register (repair cost at the owner's expense);
- CAF management;
- Payment service for bills or other postal services;
- Development and management of discount agreements with local services (dentists, pizzerias, gyms, insurance) or other services that can benefit the quality of life of the company's population;
- Commits to acting in accordance with the company's core values, thereby contributing to promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
Previous Work Experience and Education
- Previous work experience in administrative or related roles. This experience may include working as an administrative assistant, office coordinator, secretary, or other role involving office task management and supervision of daily office activities.

Skills and Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
- Interpersonal organizational skills, adapting to different contexts and interlocutors with diverse personalities;
- Management skills, good responsiveness, and great organizational rigor;
- English language proficiency.
