Office Manager

We're seeking someone who is a rare "high achiever" to fill a key leadership role. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, managing, training, and motivating the Office team. You will manage the franchise office team to perform all accounting functions, oversee administrative activities, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will serve as the in-house expert on QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and proprietary software. In addition, you will ensure all job files are properly audited and contain all required documentation.

Primary ResponsibilitiesManage Receptionist-DispatcherManage Job File CoordinatorManage Accounting & HR AdministratorCoordinate and maintain company calendar and franchise communicationManage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash managementVerify and analyze financial reportsVerify and analyze divisional key measurementsMonitor compliance and risk managementEnsure employment files and records accuracyManage franchise compensation planManage franchise staffing planEnsure fulfillment of the training and development plans for all divisionsOversee performance management and documentationDocument franchise annual planDocument divisional performanceDevelop the office division annual planDocument and manage the office division performancePosition Requirements5+ year(s) of office, accounting, or customer service management experienceExperience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skillsSolid organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detailDemonstrated history of ability and growth in managing an office environmentOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation, grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all timesVery self-motivated and goal-oriented with ability to multi-taskCapability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (i. e. , Outlook, Word, Excel) and QuickBooksAbility to learn new software and proprietary softwareProficient with Xactimate estimating softwareExperience in customer service industry environment a plusCollege degree desirableAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawHours40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required. Vary between 7 a. m. and 7 p. m. , as business demands.
PayrateCompetitive salary based on experience.
