Main tasks:

Management and maintenance of the office (spaces and equipment).

Strategic planning, and preparation of fashion shows, lookbooks, and sales campaigns.

Planning of business trips.

Accounting and management of the allocated annual budget.

Board assistance, organization of events, and meetings.

Archiving documents and contracts.

Handling all office shipments (incoming and outgoing).

Profilo

Requirements include:

Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar job position.

Fluent English and Italian
