Office Manager Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to support our office operations and help ensure a smooth working environment.
You will provide administrative support to different departments within the company.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in office management, hr, and organizational tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Front Office Support: Assist with greeting visitors, managing inbound calls, and handling correspondence (emails, packages, and letters).
Administrative Duties: Support the organization of meetings, calls, and travel arrangements for internal and external stakeholders.
Office Management: Help with maintaining office supplies, snacks, drinks, and other inventories, ensuring the office is well-stocked and tidy.
Supplier Relations: Assist in managing supplier relationships for office supplies and services.
Document Management: Organize and maintain company documents in both physical and digital formats.
General Support: Provide administrative support across various departments, especially HR, Finance, and Legal, assisting with routine tasks and ad hoc projects.
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business administration, hospitality management, or related field.
Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Fluent in English and Spanish Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to work both independently and in a team.
High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential informa tion.
Adaptability: Willingness to take on new tasks and responsibilities as needed.
Customer-Service Oriented: A friendly, approachable demeanor to provide excellent service to visitors and internal employees.
Proactive Approach: Taking initiative to identify and solve office-related issues.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize and complete tasks within deadlines.
