Concretely, you will be:

- In charge of the **administrative and organisational tasks** of the office

- The **point of contact of our providers**:

- Responsible for the **office's logistics**:

- Organizing internal **events** and help the marketing team with external events

- Ensuring the daily life of the office Helping shape a happy, productive and creative work environment

**MUST HAVE

- **Fluent in Italian (C2) and English**:

- ** 1-3 years of experience in a similar role**:

- Ability to learn & evolve quickly

- Autonomy

- Pro activity
