**| Your challenges?
**:Trained by our Senior Office Manager, you will be responsible for all administrative, financial and back-office tasks of at least one Business Cell. Your main responsibilities will be:- Back office & clients relations:- Invoicing- Projects management: documentation and administration- Credit Collection- HR Management:- Communications with External Payroll Supplier- Employeneurs' education, holidays, on/out boarding- Reporting to the accounting department- POC (Point Of Contact) for all HR-related questions- Training Reporting (YOUNIVERSITY)- Administrative Support:- Office and Project supplies- Process optimization- Fleet management- Contract preparation- Management of VISA and expat related topics**| What do we expect from you?
**:- You are student or recent graduate in Economics or equivalent education- During your academic career you have approached basics in the following fields:- Accounting fudamentals- Excel and Pivot Table- You are motivated to work in a consulting firm with a unique model- Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory**| What can you expect from TMC?
