**Function**:

For our site TML Bulgaria, we are looking for an Office Manager/Operational Accountant.

- Your tasks include:_

- Managing the administration and providing organisational support.

- Managing and coaching the administrative team.

- Responsible for personnel administration and remuneration.

- Pre-invoicing and supporting the accounting department.

- Communicating with various stakeholders internally and externally.

- Focus on improving working methods (quality & efficiency).

- Reporting to general manager TML Bulgaria.
