Office Manager - Part-Time
Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintaining a smooth-running, professional and welcoming environment
- Welcoming visitors to the office
- Addressing queries related to office management issues
- Oversee office maintenance, repairs and upgrades, as well as stock of office supplies
- Set-up meeting rooms and support the organization of catering when needed
- Handling office mail and phone calls
- _Providing bookkeeping support for invoices and expense reports
- _Managing company bank account and payments
- Coordinate and organize office activities, calendars and events
- Support team members in scheduling meetings, interviews and transport
**Requirements**:
- Near-Native English Speaker & Fluent in Italian
- Prior experience working and living abroad
- Positive, resourceful and happy to be around people
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
- Keen on working on many tasks at the same time and prioritize them independently
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and the ability to develop very good relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Good knowledge of IT systems
