Office Manager - Rome (M/W)
Founded in 2008 in France, REDEN (200 employees) is a fully integrated independent power producer of photovoltaic renewable energy, present in 10 countries (Europe, Latin America) with more than 750MW fully owned in operation and under construction and 3, 7 GW of secured & advanced pipeline.
Driven by its long-term vision, sustainable development DNA and commitment to CSR and supported by its 3 strong shareholders Macquarie, British Columbia Investment and MEAG, REDEN is hiring its Office Manager who will be part of the team of Reden Solar Italy.
Location: Rome, Italy
Contract: Full-Time
**What would be your role in the REDEN project? **:
- **Office Operations**: Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure the office is operating smoothly. Manage the correspondence and be the focal point for the archiving processes.
- **Management**: Manage office supplies, inventory, and place orders as necessary. Perform a range of staff support activities for the organization's managers: organize travels and manage company cars and expenses.
- **Communication**: Serve as the point person for office manager duties including maintenance, landlord, mailing, shopping, supplies, equipment, and errands.
- **Planning**: Organize office operations and procedures, and manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring the office is clean, organized, and safe. Control and maintain the agenda of the meetings with external visitors.
- **Teamwork**: Join and facilitate cross-department collaboration. Handle queries from team members and guide as needed. Support team by facilitating inter-departmental communications and interactions between internal and external parties.
**Profile: Who are you? **:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant.
- Experience in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision.
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task.
- Strong organizational and planning skill, ability to adapt and be flexible.
- Fluent in Italian and English. A third language is a plus.
