Office Services Specialist**:

- Remote Eligible: Onsite- Onsite Location(s): Milan, MI, ITBoston Scientific is looking for a resource to join the Office Services team, based in our offices in Milan.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Car fleet management (257 cars, lessors, drivers)

- Meeting room set up and preparation

- Procurement and lease contracts

- Hub day-to-day maintenance

- Connected workplace execution

- Back up to Office Services Support: couriers, shipping, reception

**What are we looking for in you**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills with colleagues

- Team working ability

- Aptitude for office work

- Good use of Office package (especially Excel and Outlook)

- Operational person

- Willingness to grow and challenge oneself

- Ability to deal with stressful situations.
