**OBJECTIVE AND SCOPE OF THE ROLE
He/She will be part of the entire planning process by providing media planning and buying recommendation for offline.
We are looking for enthusiastic, positive and curious people, who always ask an extra question and love to learn and work with others.
**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrate a high degree of agility in a fast-paced environment
- Assist in the analysis of research to develop the objectives, strategies, and tactics
- Deliver competitive report and analyze campaigns results
- Analyze campaigns, and recommend tactical changes to maximize campaign performance
- In the future: Overview digital activities
**KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS
- Good understanding of media tools: Kubik, MCS and Aqx, as well as an understanding of media and creative concepts
- Accuracy, precision, attention to details and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of media agency dynamics and environment
- Ability to manage different campaign typologies
- 1/2 years related experience in Media Planning and buying are appreciated
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Good Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word skills
- Knowledge of all aspects of Offline
- Languages: fluent Italian and good English
- Project mgm, accounting, public speaking, team player and people management, problem solving
- Ability to multi-task, work successfully with team
