Mindshare Italy is looking for Offline Media Planner, who will be responsible for the planning of all media campaigns for clients assigned with a good level of autonomy and able to manage the relationship with assigned clients

**OBJECTIVE AND SCOPE OF THE ROLE

- Delivering the most effective media plan given a budget and a media objective

- Reporting, to support the budget activity

- Delivering the competitive analysis able to give a clear picture of the activity and the strategy of the client's competitors

**RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage the relationship with assigned clients

- Planning and media management according to the guidelines supplied by the Manager

- Competitive analysis

- Active participation in the definition of communication strategies, according to the guidelines supplied by the Client Manager

- Coordination with creative agencies for adv materials

- Participation to meetings with clients

**ABOUT YOU

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in media planning (agency Media)

- Smart approach

- High propensity in teamwork

- Good knowledge of English spoken and written

- Accuracy, precision, attention to details

- Independent and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously

- Proactivity

**LOCATION

Wpp Campus in Milan ( plus the option for hybrid working)
