RINA is looking for a OHSE Assistant for its office in Genoa.

Main Tasks

Maintain track of all HSE activities performed that includes health surveillance, health and safety training, all the HSE Documents prepared such as Risk Assessment Documents, Health and Safety Plan, HSE Procedures and Instructions; Maintain track of all maintenance activities performed by supplier on Rina Consulting premises in Genova office according to Legislative Decree 81/08 and subsequent amendments Cooperation in the preparation of OHS documents for Rina Consulting employees according to Art.

26 and Titolo IV of D. Lgs.

81/08, also for tenders and proposals Cooperation in the preparation all HSEDocuments and OHS&E Integrated Management System

**Requirements**:

Secondary high school and qualified as ASPP (Operator for the Service of Prevention and Protection) according to Legislative Decree 81/08 s. a. is a plus Knowledge of OHSE Italian Legislation (Legislative Decree 81/08 and followings amendments) Familiarity with conducting data storages, statistics analysis and linked reports Use of Autocad, Microsoft Access, Adobe Suite Good knowledge of English, writing and speaking
