**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026** is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2, 300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22, 000 square km.
The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).
Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.
**Position**:
The Olympic Information Service (OIS) Operations Lead has a key role in planning and implementing the OIS operational plans for the MediaZone system, the official Games-time platform dedicated to the accredited media.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Assist the OIS Manager in the operational planning of the Olympic Information Service
- Assist the OIS Manager in liaising with the OIS Planning and Operations Manager and with the IOC, IPC, OBS, International Federations, Milano Cortina 2026 Functional Areas and external suppliers, both in the planning phase and at Games time
- Liaise with OCOG Technology to manage the technical preparation and validation of test events and homologation tests for MediaZone
Manage the Info Calendar System (ICS) for the publication of non-competition schedules in MediaZone and ensure it is fully updated with all the OCOG's activities
- Oversee the integration of the audio/video feeds in the MediaZone, and the delivery of the livestreaming project
- Help coordinating the interaction between OCOG Technology and the data provider during the Games period
Support the OIS team in delivering specific training sessions related to the use of the MediaZone system
**Requirements**:
- Experience in detailed planning, implementing and operating OIS at international sports, preferably in previous Olympic Games
- Comprehensive knowledge of international sports media landscape
- Experience in technical tests and delivery
- Excellent skills in leading complex technology projects
- Pro-active approach and creative problem-solving skills
- Interest in technical operations
