**Duties & Responsibilities

- Look after one or several sites in Italy (i. e: Puglia Lazio or, Sicily)

- Responsible for implementation of safety program at the plant

- Manage an annual budget related to assigned region and or customers.

- Using the NovaSource's software CMMS (i. e Soft Wrench or similar planning tool) to ensure work is planned and scheduled to meet warranty and service contract commitments/requirements.

- Conduct regular customer meetings to review plant performance, work progress and work backlog.

- Contribute to establish and maintain spare parts inventories, tools and equipment needed to meet requirements of the O&M service agreement.

- As specified in an executed O&M service agreement between NovaSource Power Services and each Customer, schedule, manage, and perform:

- Performance monitoring

- Preventive maintenance

- Corrective maintenance

- Vegetation management

- Module cleaning

- Coordinate and manage transactional services between contract and 3rd party customers.

- Manage sub-contractors/vendors regarding of O&M service agreement obligations.

- Coach, mentor, and develop PV Technicians in the performance of maintenance tasks.

- Perform duties associated with requirements of managing teams as outlined by HR.

- Manage compliance with regulatory requirements including quality and safety regulations.

- Assist in Root Cause Analysis to ensure continuous improvement.

- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned related to the tasks and the competences of the role.

**Qualifications & Skills

- 5+ years of formal technical training.

- 3+ years Supervisory Experience with increasing levels of responsibility.

- 4+ years experience maintaining and troubleshooting electronic and electrical power distribution systems.

- Experience using computer work management and scheduling tools.

- Experience in reading and interpreting electrical, I&C (Instrumentation & Control), mechanical drawings and technical manuals

- Strong technical and supervisory skills

- Ability to successfully procure, monitor, and assess subcontracted functions such as electrical contractors.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Well-developed interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization, as well as outside customers and vendors.

- Ability to work and make decisions with mínimal or no supervision using a safety first and customer focused mindset.

- Ability to work under high pressure situations.

- Organizational skills needed to manage time well, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple deadlines.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
