O&M HSE Supervisor Milan | €40, 000 to €50, 000.

Do you have experience in HSE management in the solar O&M sector?

I am searching for an O&M HSE Supervisor based in Milan who has excellent knowledge of the Italian occupational safety regulations (D. Lgs.

81/08) and environmental legislation.

You would be joining an international team that specialises in constructing and operating the most ambitious renewable energy projects in the Italian market, including solar farms up to 100MW in size.

This role would put you at the heart of one of Italy's largest and fastest growing IPP's, who are committed to supporting the energy transition and providing excellent career progression opportunities.

As O&M HSE Supervisor, you will: Prepare the site's H&S documentation in accordance with the legal requirements.

Conduct HSE Inspections and Audits – producing related Reports.

Prepare the HSE training plan for the O&M Team according to the Italian regulations.

Follow-up the principal HSE KPIs in the operational sites and prepare related Country Report.

Key Skills: Minimum of 2 years HSE experience in renewables or related field.

Strong knowledge in Italian occupational safety regulations (D. Lgs.

81/08) and environmental legislation.

Certification RSPP/ASPP is a plus.

Excellent Italian and English language skills.
