We are currently looking for an HSE Supervisor to join our O&M team, part of our Renewables Division, based in Italy. By joining this role, you'll play a vital role in our company's efforts to ensure operational safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental sustainability in the operation and maintenance of our facilities. Your role will encompass:Prepare the site's H&S documentation in accordance with legal requirements. Develop and implement health, safety, & environmental procedures. Conduct HSE inspections and audits, producing related reports. Monitor, evaluate, and analyze the effectiveness of HSE plans and propose improvement actions. Supervise activities and review contractor/subcontractor documentation. Analyze and prepare Safety and Emergency Plans for operational sites. Conduct accident/incident investigations, analysis, and reporting. Prepare the HSE training plan for the O&M team in line with Italian regulations. Follow up on key HSE KPIs for operational sites and prepare related country reports. What you bring to the role:Minimum 2 years' experience in a Safety Engineer or HSE supervisory role within the solar energy industry (operational sites). Strong knowledge of Italian occupational safety regulations (D. Lgs.

81/08) and environmental legislation. Driving license. Availability to travel. Fluent in English. Certification as RSPP/ASPP is a plus. University degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering is a plus.
