Repsol Low Carbon Generation (Renewables) , which is positioned as one of the four business pillars of the Repsol Group in the framework of the Strategic Plan 2021-2025, which aims to decarbonize our product portfolio and strengthen the position of the Company as a multi-energy supplier at national and international level, selects an O&M Site Manager (Wind) for its work centre located in Foggia, Italy.

Your objective within the company will be to coordinate and supervise the local operation and maintenance work at the acquired wind farms and the new projects incorporated within the Italian geography.

Functions Ensure the correct (quality and timeliness) execution of O&M tasks.

Strive for the highest standards in terms of energy-economic availability of the facilities under your responsibility.

Implement the company's Operation standards in the projects.

Manage and supervise corrective work that arises in the projects.

Analyze, Supervise, and Manage Contracts.

Requirements Academic background: University degree in Engineering.

Experience: Between 7-10 years in the electric power generation sector.

Tools: Microsoft Office.

Languages: Italian C1/C2, English C1 and Spanish (nice to have).

Skills: Autonomy and proactivity, Alliance Creation.
