Omnichannel After Sales Intern
We are looking for a passionate and engaged Omnichannel After Sales Intern to join our After Sales Department in Trebaseleghe (PD).
Your role will be crucial in supporting our corporate networks with an Omnichannel approach, focusing on After Sales flows and processes while maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction and experience excellence.
MAIN ACTIVITIES: In this role, you will support the team in the following activities:
Managing relationships and contacts with all WW Regions. Processing material requests and managing flows (bulk order, replenishment, kit). Assisting the Repairs Office in managing After Sales cases for EMEA boutiques. Managing orders/goods between national platforms (spare parts, fabrics). Managing and monitoring regular flows and activities. REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma from a technical institute in the sector or a Degree in Economics or Foreign Languages;Professional use of Italian and English;Previous internship experience, even if brief, in the After Sales sector is considered a plus;Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
