**Posizione**:
The **Junior Omnichannel Back Office** will have the opportunity to support the team in ensuring operational management between HQs and the stores.
He/she will supports in the essential back office functions and will contribute to the smooth operations and success of the Omnichannel strategies.
The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
**KEY CHALLENGES
- Support in the communication with Direct Stores & Franchising, both Italy and Spain
- Support in the website management in terms of updating stores opening hours, extraordinary openings/closings and Click&Collect management - both DOS & Franchising, Italy and Spain
- Support in the management of online orders activities (Radial): enabling/disabling Fulfilment and Click&Collect in relations to various issues and following store openings/closings/renewals
- Support in the preparation of delegations to Store Manager for C/C meetings
- Compiling and communicating in the counter Shopper Track
- Support in the management of contracts (addendum) and insurance
**Requisiti**:
**REQUIREMENTS
- University in progress, preferable legal courses
- Italian and English mandatory
- Spanish nice to have
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Basic knowledge of legal aspects and contracts
- Delivers in consistent way following his department priorities, respecting the deadlines
- Pursues quality in accomplishing tasks paying attention to details and verifying information
- Precision and order skills
- Organization and Flexibility
- Relates well to all kinds of, up, down and sideways, inside and outside the organization
