Offer DescriptionThe research aims to:

Analyze, through qualitative interviews and surveys, the evolution of the maturity of Italian companies on the topic of Omnichannel Customer Experience. Identify opportunities related to Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI in customer management processes and the impact on employees. Study the market of Martech by identifying the characteristics of the main vendors and their integrations within the company application park. Analyze the impact of OCX processes and related Martech on the company's ESG guidelines. Identify interesting case histories at Italian and international levels. Study the most relevant trends on the subject. Relevance of QualificationsConsistency of the candidate's overall profile with respect to the content of the research programme for selection.
