What you'll do:

- You will join the Online Market and in particular the CVM (Customer Value Management) team;- You will have the opportunity to support the CVM marketing associate manager in identifying the right promotional communication on the reference cluster, operationally manage the campaigns through marketing automation tools and possible disbursement of bonuses, constantly structure a promotional plan which encompasses the promotions on the various sub-cluters of the Gold group, analyze campaign performance by comparing them with the control group and build a dashboard that contains the main KPIs to monitor, identify the best promotional mechanics and support the Cvm Gold strategy in identifying the next best action and support the CVM structure in the creation of a book that summarizes all the results of each single promotional campaign.

Who you are:

- You have a master degree in Economics, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Engineer;- You are a great team-worker;- You are always looking for innovative ways of solving problems and carrying out your activities;- You can speak and write in English freely;- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, and you are a real Excel addict.
