We are looking for a Program Manager responsible for planning and overseeing the successful execution and delivery of global projects portfolio across Omnichannel Enablement and Marketing & Sales Operations.

As a Program Manager, you will partner with multiple functions within commercial development and IT organizations to ensure alignment and coordination.

You will also be required to collaborate with Regional & Local teams, re required.

You will also have regular communication with senior management on status and risks management. Key responsibilities for this role include:

Oversight and Program Management on the end-to-end execution of large, complex programs that deliver significant value to the organization. Drive alignment on strategy and communicate priorities through meetings with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisionsMonitor execution and coordinate developments with engineering teams (context multiple teams, using multiple tools, reporting styles)Empower teams across Viatris to adopt project management principles, regardless of whether a project has a designated project manager or not. Quickly raise and report risks (delivery date, resource availability, dependencies) and inconsistencies across projects at the company levelResolve conflicts, maintain clarity on priorities and driveprogress on execution. Write program documentation and detailed status reports to share with the team and publish them to the companyOversee Program/Project quality managementSingle point of contact accountable for the success of the project/program. The minimum qualifications for this role are:

An Experienced (+5 Yrs) Program Manager - You are a proven leader who has excelled when leading large, complex cross-functional digital programs that deliver quantifiable business impact from inception to delivery. Expert level knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope is requiredPMP Certification or other formal project management training recommended (college equivalents, company training programs, etc.

)A Problem Solver - You love solving problems and bringing order to chaos.

You're able to take an ambiguous question, develop a solid action plan, and drive execution against that plan with a cross-functional team. Process-Oriented - You're known as someone who is detail-oriented and highly organized.

You love building scalable operational processes that transform a company's operations. A Quick Learner - You're a quick learner who can both see the big picture and dive into the details.

You love understanding the systems and processes that make programs run.

You enjoy taking on a challenge and learning something new.
