In this OMS Champion Transport role you will: Spread and share the Lean mindset throughout the organization;Engage Site Leaders in OMS by training them and supporting the Site Management Team to establish and maintain an Organization that Delivers;Manage and support process improvement projects;Implement and monitor KPIs;Promote and convey continuous improvement tools;Manage continuous improvement opportunities for Kaizen and Kaikaku, addressing necessary actions;Support the implementation and maintenance of Performance Management. The ideal candidate has the following characteristics: Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Economics or Master in Supply Chain;At least 2 years of experience in a continuous improvement team in Manufacturing/Supply Chain Industry;Good knowledge of the main diagnostic tools, data analysis, and performance measurement;Good knowledge of English;Ability to analyze processes and solve problems;Excellent knowledge of Excel and Power BI;Proactive personality, able to work in a team with good communication skills and a strong propensity for improvement.
