YOUR MISSION As a tent installer you'llbe responsible for? the safe installation and dismantling of large and small circus tent structures. You will play a crucial role in helping us to present our shows in different cities in the world.   The job role of a tent installer involves the following duties:?   -       Installation and dismantling of large and small clearspan and large circus tent structures;  -       Assist with loading and unloading of tents and related equipment;  -       Maintain and clean tents and equipment;  -       Lead local staff in order to achieve the above tasks  YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE -       Experience in tent installation or a related field;  -       Knowledge of tent installation techniques, safety procedures and equipment;  -       Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50 lbs or more) on a regular basis;  -       Experience in driving and operating heavy machinery will be an asset;  -       Experience in climbing, working at heights and rigging will be an asset;  -       Excellent communication and teamwork skills;  -       Strong problem solving abilities, attention to details and respect and concern for work equipment;  -       Flexibility to work varied hours and shifts, including at times, nights, weekends and holidays.   To keep pace with the creation, production and distribution of our products, our employer proposal is unique.
