On Premise Trade Marketing Specialist - Distributors
Company Description**:
The position contributes to develop and implement initiatives that build the Red Bull brand and consumption with the industry in the On Premise. S/He is responsible for enabling internal stakeholders (Field Sales Force, KA) and external ones (Distributors) to execute with excellence by developing effective tool kits, spending time in the field, and training field teams to activate to the highest standard our POS tools and concepts to ensure increased availability, visibility and activation.

Assume and live the Red Bull On Premise culture, at the base of all actions.
Be an active ambassador for the Red Bull brand and product in front of the team and the On Premise Network.
Monitor image standards regarding the brand premium values of Red Bull.
**STRATEGIES AND TOOLS
Development of marketing activation strategy for On Premise Distributors with focus on insights and segment marketing plans.
Uncover important On Premise trends and opportunities and develop creative marketing solutions by segment.
Development of activation plans & toolkits for selected key customers to drive distribution and volume by ensuring we Look Like #1 & Win vs Competition.
**INDUSTRY MARKETING
Initiatives and concepts (from events to experiences, incentives and others) that increase share of mind with industry stakeholders, including distributors sales force, staff, decision makers, owners and influencers, all resulting into increased sales.
Develop performance driving concepts that will be engaging for Distributors and industry, resulting in higher share of mind and overall sales in accounts and at events.
Ensure a strong network with external agencies, key influencers, event organizers and the local scene, searching for new collaboration opportunities.
**DRIVE STRATEGY INTO ACTION
Support acquisition & growth of new distributors and continue to push the boundaries with existing ones, via impactful Joint Business Plans (JBP's) to increase our Distribution & Volume.
Enable field teams by rollingout & implementing our Marketing strategy & initiatives.
Close collaboration with On Premise Stakeholders to support the creation of action plans in order to boost the "pay for performance" program and the adaption of tools to unleash local opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
At least, 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, with a proven track record working with brands (beverage is a plus) across marketing and insight functions.
Knowledge of the On Premise industry and distributors are required.
Ability to analyse complex trends and connect the dots between multifaceted disciplines
Solid understanding of sales processes & high-level negotiation with Key Accounts.
Demonstrate exceptional, planning, project management and presentation skills.
Strong analytical, communication & teamwork skills. Management of different stakeholders.
Self-motivated, innovative, solution-oriented mindset, self-directed, do-it-now" attitude, flexible and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.
