On behalf of a dynamic Beverage Company, we are looking for a:
**ON TRADE DIRECTOR
The person, reporting to the General Manager, will increase the long-term value growth of the On Trade channel in Italy, by defining the commercial strategy & routes to markets adapt at maximizing consumer reach and correct price point.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Drive the implementation of the On Trade commercial strategy and develop a policy based on "multi beverage partnership" advantages;
- Drive the growth of the channel, building a wholesalers platform from and increasing the company's innovations' distribution, succeeding in new consumption occasions and entering new geographical areas;
- Playing a leading role in driving the best Trade negotiations to step change and overachieve the annual sales targets, develop a more profitable customer approach/culture and creating joint business plans for top +100 customers;
- Understand customers' & trade evolution & trends, competitors' activities and moves and timely suggest actions to further grow our products portfolio performance and profitability;
- Ensure the development of the best Customer Plans for Top Customers, provided also with full P&L;
- Works closely with the Marketing and Trade Marketing teams to identify growth opportunities;
- Ensure that customers-trade issues are properly considered across the various components of the business;
- Exercise leadership raising the organization via correct role model attitude;
- Ensure that the sales team and agents are properly sized and lead them to work in full integration with clear short and medium-term objectives of distribution, volumes & net to per hL;
- Regularly review the National Key Accounts & Area managers actual performance and take corrective action as required. Engage and align the team to the strategy through coaching and feedback;
- Develop training program 360 degrees on soft and hard skills.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Economics with preferred Master's in Sales & Marketing;
- +10 years of experience as Senior On Trade Sales Manager in best in class FMCG company;
- Provenience from the beverage industry is mandatory;
- Proficient knowledge of English;
- Excellent ability to negotiate at a high level - contracts, chain agreements and sponsorships;
- Strong team management skills, able to energize and guide the team to over deliver;
- Ambitious and results driven, ensure that all the challenges are met.
