Onboard Brand And Product Marketing Specialist
In line with the strategic guidelines received from Corporate Marketing, the Onboard Brand and Product Marketing Specialist supports internal and external agencies in creating and delivering on-time, on-brand and on-budget marketing materials
- with guest first approach
- in order to contribute to positive ratings, and to effective communication on MSC Cruises ships.
- Fluent English.
Any other EU language is considered an advantage.
- BA or MA in Marketing.
- Previous work experience onboard a cruise ship in Guest Relations is preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Office package.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders and to coordinate complex tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong time management and team working skills.
- Contribute in managing ongoing and tactical actions to support hotel and entertainment activities on board including but not limited to informative and promotional materials, as well as the Voyagers Club and MSC Foundation onboard communication.
- Review and request approval for copy and content translations respecting budget and purchase orders.
- Manage timing of updates to onboard materials based on seasonal and canvas changes.
- Brief internal agency in creating marketing materials, including sales and product collateral, and guest experience communication ensuring brand guidelines are met.
- Write, proofread, and edit creative content across all channels where the onboard experience is promoted, including print and digital.
- Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.
