Offer DescriptionThe project "Head and neck Oncolgical Personalized outcomE by Artificial Inteligence genoMic analysiS - HOPE-AIMS" aims to lay the foundation for the creation of a national database and biobank aimed at the collection and analysis of genomic data referring to carcinomas squamous cell carcinomas of the head-neck region (HNSCC), integrating them with clinical, radiology and anatomopathology.

Specifically, the project has two main objectives:

The database will be developed to integrate for each patient clinical information with genomic ones.

Development of a prognostic/predictive model focusing on the main genetic and molecular changes found in HNSCC patients with subsequent creation of a dedicated tool, such that it can be implemented in clinical practice.
