Join us as **Oncology M**arket Access Lead** working on developing the Payer Value Proposition for institutional stakeholders and Key Decision Maker.
In this role, you will translate the Oncology products' clinical value into the specific value for payers in terms of patients' health improvement, sustainability and innovation as well as consolidate Takeda's knowledge on stakeholder's needs and market access trends whilst supporting the process to deliver an integrated market access plan.
**_ Accountabilities: _
- Supports the Oncology Country Head and liaise with the Market Access Strategy Lead in order to develop the annual market access plan: consolidates the assessment of trends and stakeholders' needs, pilots the elaboration of market access scenarios and contribute to the prioritization of objectives, in alignment with Global Oncology and Product Teams' strategies.
- Leads the definition of new propositions for specific segments which will differentiate Takeda from the competition.
- Remain updated regarding the external market access environment and monitor market, competitors, messages and pricing & reimbursement conditions.
- Build solid Value Propositions and Access communication Campaigns.
- Manage national and local access initiatives, specifically developing cross functional projects and supporting In-field Patient, Value & Access team.
- Proposes to brand and in-field teams and provides training of analysis, tools, evidence, actions and programs to support and communicates the value propositions.
- Manages RWE initiatives and deliverables on target products / solutions for selected stakeholders.
- Develop effective and constructive working relationships throughout the Oncology Division and the Value & Access Team.
- Create/build and maintain a solid network of professional contacts within the HC / MA setting & key stakeholders.
- Promote and conduct the affairs of the company with the highest standards of integrity, probity and corporate governance, demonstrating commitment to the values of Takeda-ism.
**_ Skills & Capabilities: _
- University degree in natural sciences such as pharmacology, biology, economics (Master level).
- Postgraduate studies (health economics, public health, epidemiology, public institution's management, MBA, marketing) - Desirable.
- Experience: from 3 to 5 related experience.
- Knowledge of Italy market dynamics, healthcare policy, payer mindset and pharmaco-economic principles.
- Ability to maintain yourself up to date with a high level of industry insights.
- Strong analysis of the competitive environment.
- Detailed understanding of the therapeutic areas and disease management.
- High level of knowledge of the local regulatory and legal environment and their operations.
- Ability to analyze, synthesize and communicate clinical and health economic information.
- Great presentation skills underpinned by but not exclusively relying on great PowerPoint skills.
- Familiarity with data analysis being able to extract quantitative insights and build high level business cases using Excel.
- Concise and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to plan start and control projects using core project management principles and tools.
