Oncology Patient Journey Manager

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
-
- Propose and design strategies dedicated to improving patient journey in the Onco-Hematology and Lung area.
- Identify patient needs and any potential roadblock to early diagnosis and proper therapeutic pathway (e. g.
support networks among different specialists to identify unfit patients in Myeloma and to ensure genetic testing execution, leverage oral treatments benefits in line with territory medicine development, prepare the ground for NGS).
- Define processes and activities to facilitate the patient journey strategy through identification of meaningful solutions for patients (beyond PSP).
- Identify connections among centers to favor referral for tests and any other need for patients.
- Leverage cross-functional strategies and orchestrating cross-functional teams to mobilize the necessary resources within the Company to deliver value for patients and the community (e. g Lean Capabilities).
- Detect best practices and avoid duplications of projects.
- Identify the most relevant KPIs to understand the market dynamics and be capable of interpreting any market report.
- Provide support to all relevant functions from a Patient Journey perspective.
- Actively participates in Brand Plan process (situation analysis, strategy and activities definition, execution and follow-up).
- Establish KPIs necessary to measure the success of the patient journey strategy implementation.
- Know and understand the different market research methodologies and be capable of selecting the most convenient option for each situation.
- Identify and know internal and external stakeholders, understand their needs and act in a proactive manner in order to co-create meaningful solutions.

Who we are looking for:

- Scientific University Degree qualification
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills including partnering with Therapeutic Area Experts and organizations is required
- Experience of resources leading and management or in Market Access Role
- Good written and spoken English
- Deep scientific knowledge of Oncology or marked learning agility (previous experience in Onco-haematology is an advantage)
- Computer literate and willingness to learn new technologies (preferred)
- Strong business acumen and strategic vision
- Creativity, ability to collect insights and to innovate
- Problem solving and strong Project Management skills with track-record in developing advanced models and analyzing business
- Clearly transmit the key messages resulting from the market studies
- Actively listens to others' ideas and perspectives with an open mind and articulates convictions in a manner that conveys and fosters mutual respect, empathize with others effectively addressing core issues in a concise logical manner
