Title and Summary
One to Many Personalization Growth Manager
The One-to-Many Personalization growth Manager is a key role at Business Integration & Expansion function of Data and Services (D&S).
In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive Dynamic Yield (DY) strategy by consistently delivering, innovating, problem-solving, and partnering across business lines.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the realization of the Synergy business case of Dynamic Yield acquisition.
You will have a particular focus on the one-to-many sales channel.
Responsibilities include developing and executing a go-to-market strategy, managing product development, enabling sales, and coordinating efforts in collaboration with other business lines.
Key Responsibilities
New Value Personalization Propositions:
- Coordinate with the Dynamic Yield product team to expand the existing One to Many DY value proposition (implementation delivery models, capacity plans, pricing, )
- Build business cases and guarantee P&L consistency for DY Services product bundles/packages
- Implement lessons learned from previous projects to seek opportunities for product enhancement.
Support Commercialization:
- Work with Mastercard D&S sales and account managers and clients to identify new business opportunities across all regions.
- Participate and support business development initiatives to win new DY projects
- Assist in crafting customer value propositions in partnership with Marketing and Sales Teams
One-to-Many Personalization Services Delivery
- Delivery and roll out Deployment of the One-to-Many Personalization Services with new and existing customers, collaborating with local Client Services ACS + DY CS delivery teams.
- Coordinate and oversee the work of cross-functional teams and foster collaboration, communication, and efficient workflow among team members.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, managing communications and ensuring expectations are met and providing quick and effective solutions to challenges arising during client interactions.
- Address and resolve issues promptly to maintain project momentum and proactively identify potential roadblocks and implement solutions to ensure smooth project progression.
- Create and manage strong and effective cooperation with DY Product Team to ensure client needs are appropriately identified and met.
- Share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned, to enable DY Product continuous improvement.
All About Your Education & Skills
- Proven team player with proven ability to work with all levels in a highly intellectual, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Advanced degree or MBA preferred.
- Strong presence & communication skills - both interpersonal & written
- Comfortable with significant client interaction and interest in building relationships both internally and externally
- Excellent client management & engagement management skills; collaborates well across multiple communication channels
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
- Professional accreditation such as Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
- Professional-level English language capability
