www.marcolin.com The Online Sales team is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with Pure Player/Brick&Click clients, ensuring that the company's brand image on their e-commerce platforms aligns with the required positioning and prestige.
The Online Sales role demands a unique blend of strategic vision, digital marketing expertise, and a deep understanding of luxury fashion and diffusion brand dynamics.
Responsabilities: Manage and grow relationships with key Pure Player/Brick&Click clients, ensuring the company's brands are represented optimally on their e-commerce platforms; Support in negotiating commercial terms and agreements with clients to drive sales and enhance brand presence; Collaborate closely with internal teams (e. g. , marketing, digital, and brand teams, finance) to ensure e-commerce strategies are aligned with brand positioning; Ensure that the visual and content representation of our brands on client websites reflects the prestige and positioning of the company's portfolio; Analyze and monitor clients' e-commerce performance, adjusting strategies as necessary; Present the new Fall-Winter and Spring-Summer collections twice/three times per year; Stay updated on digital marketing and e-commerce trends to keep strategies competitive and cutting-edge; Prepare and manage sales and marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources; Provide regular reports on performance, forecasts, and market insights; Support the Head of the Channel with budget, planning and forecasting (both sales and orders) on account level as well as regular reporting on sell-in, sell-out and spent; Ensure periodic business reviews with clients: organisation, preparation of data/presentations and discussion.
Requirements: Previous experience in sales, e-commerce, or digital marketing, preferably within the Pure Player or online retail space; Proven track record in managing key client relationships and driving online sales performance; Strong commercial and negotiation skills; Excellent understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting; In-depth knowledge of e-commerce strategies and digital marketing principles; Fluent in both English and German (written and spoken); Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders; Experience working with high-end or luxury brands in the fashion industry; Familiarity with e-commerce analytics tools and platforms (e. g. , Google Analytics, Amazon, etc.
