NovaKid (online-school for children 4 -12 years old, in which children remotely learn English language with natives from the US and the UK, and according to the teaching of the relevant European standards CEFR).

We are looking for an administrator with knowledge of Italian.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of Italian - C2

- Knowledge of English (at least B2, C1+ is better)

- Experience of working in a language school welcome

- Experienced PC user

- Organisational skills

- Ability to work with a lot of information

- Responsibility and care

- Multi-tasking

**Duties**:

- Scheduling - call after completing trial classes, schedule of classes

- Interaction with teachers in English (written via chat and voice!

)

- Support users in Italian, solving problems that arise during the lesson

**Conditions**:

- 100% Remote work from any location;

- Independent contract

- Work schedule: five-day working week (weekends Monday and Friday) from 14:00 to 22:00.

A four-day working week is possible
