PROJECT CONTROLS ENGINEER required by our Client, an International Oil and Gas Operator, to be assigned on a Contract basis, located in Milan, Italy during Engineering phase.

(May relocate to Site during Construction activities at Engineering completion or provide remote support from home office)

DURATION: 12 months, renewable

SCHEDULE: 5 days per week (residential status)

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIESProvide Project Control support in relation to:

Providing Project Control tools, reports, and deliverables consistently and accurately for N+1, N+2. General support to Onshore PMT and overall Project Controls team. Reporting of project progress status, opportunities, and threats. Co-ordinate Schedule interfaces associated with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Fabrication activities. Co-ordinate Area 4 reporting on elements of shared facilities scope. Co-ordinate Change Management processes. Co-ordinate Risk Management processes. Co-ordinate and verify EPC Contractor Home office deliverables (Project Controls). General support to Onshore Project Services. EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONSMinimum 20 yrs. experience in supervisory project control roles in large projects. Experience with budget responsibility and accountability. Significant experience of reporting and co-ordination of all project control functions. Demonstrable experience of managing processes associated with Change and Risk Management. Must have legal right to work in Italy.
