- Experience in onsite support and ticketing system (e. g.

with Axios Assyst, ServiceNow).

- MS Windows and MAC operating systems and their deployment (through VMWare Workspace One)

- Google collaboration suite, GMail, Google Drive, Google Meet and Slack chat

- Managed Print Service (MPS) / Configuration and management of Mobile phones (Apple and Android, through VMWare Workspace

- Customer-oriented approach and Italian and English at communicative level.

- Ticket handling

- Asset management
