Here in Syngenta Biologicals, we are always looking for talents to join our group and our culture to develop themselves and the Company. Now we are looking for an OP INVESTMENTS PRJ PORTFOLIO & ENGINEERING ASSOCIATE in our Global Operations function at our HQ!

What are we looking for? Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering; preferably Chemical Engineering. At least 3-4 years of previous background in process or manufacturing industry within multinational companies. Good level of experience in Project Management. Fluency in English. Good knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project. Good knowledge of processes/systems of the manufacturing industry. Essential Financials. Internal experience will be evaluated according to the scope of the role. What will you be doing? Guarantee the technical execution of the projects assigned, acting as PM, taking care of the project design, and leading the project team towards the target while ensuring consistency with the project scope. Support the definition of the project objectives, scope, roles & responsibilities, and budget. Take care of the project details, evaluating main milestones and workload of assigned resources, proposing possible adjustments as needed. Ensure strict monitoring of deadlines and progress of the project, taking care of possible variables impacting timeline and costs, as well as consistency with the technical design. Be responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing of the project status (CPI-SPI). Support the risks identification and mitigation plan on the project assigned. Facilitate compliance with safety laws, rules, and regulations for all matters involved in the execution of the project assigned, contributing to actualizing an increasing safety culture across the teams. Support the Budget and MTP definition and data collection needed. What are the most important soft skills for the role? Leadership skills. Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
