Your contribution to Prysmian's Success: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Open Innovation Specialist to join our team at the Corporate Hangar offices.

As an Open Innovation Specialist you will act as a technical project manager, securing the implementation of innovation projects and coordinating stakeholders across business units and countries.

You will: Identify new business opportunities and provide recommendations for growth and innovationUnderstand how we can best leverage Prysmian's assets to create competitive advantageDevelop and implement strategic plans for new ventures within Prysmian, leveraging industry insights and your network in the companyRapid prototype and test potential solutions with the internal and external customersOversee the development of new products or services, ensuring they align with the Prysmian and our clients' strategic goalsLead and manage innovation projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders across various business units and countries to drive project success. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including top management. Monitor and track the performance of innovation projects and provide regular updates. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement and innovation. You are the right fit if you have/are: Background in EngineeringPassion for start-ups and innovation.
