Operating Process Coordinator
About Worldline**Your day-to-day responsibilities include**:
**Processes & Procedures
- Review & maintenance
- You will review and maintain the processes and related regulations within the competence of the COO structures
- You will coordinate and monitor the activities related to the efficiency improvements identified in the processes under the responsibility of the COO structures
- Projects
- You will design new processes related to new projects of the COO structures or review the existing ones
- Controls
- You will define, put in place and maintain the permanent control plan of all the structures of the COO
- You will support the implementation of the PSF of the COO structures
- You will monitor the action plans defined and implemented by the COO structures involved
- Operational risks management
- You will manage the identification and mapping of risks
- You will manage the definition and monitoring of mitigation actions
**Third Parties Monitoring
- Contracts
- You will support in defining the service agreements with the suppliers of the COO
- Monitoring & reporting
- You will define indicators (SLAs and KPIs) for monitoring the quality and quantity of the services provided by external suppliers
- You will control the service levels defined for customers / partners
**Signs of success**:
- You will constantly update the procedures in line with the actual operating processes
- You will identify operational risks in current processes and take action to mitigate them
- You will execute and certify the checks provided for in the procedure
- You will identify possible efficiency improvements in the processes, in the event that the required targets / service levels are not respected
- You will promptly report the non-compliance with the service levels by the Suppliers
**Skills we can't do without**:
- You have profound experience in process and procedure
- You have profound experience in definition, monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators
- You have the ability to coordinate and supervise activities / projects aimed at operational efficiency
- You have a good knowledge of the English and Italian language
