Job Description Sourcing and securing Spent Bleaching Earth supply from local companies and from other neighbouring countries. Ensure compliance to sourcing process, align with company Purchasing Policy. Assist in ongoing records and information review to determine the effectiveness of work processes and procedures. Gather data on potential sellers that fulfill procurement requirements. Review drafted proposal or procurement specifications to ensure procurement requirements are followed. Identify and resolve issues that arise during task execution. Initiate due diligent check on new suppliers and conduct price benchmarking exercises, ensuring the RIGHT supplier and RIGHT price are in place. Support negotiation efforts with information on agreed contract terms with preferred suppliers. Ensure timely renewal of contracts. Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and all stakeholders. Monitor and manage supplier performances. Handle daily operation issues and update new products via sourcing and market information for stakeholders. Contribute new ideas for system efficiency. Prepare reports, documents, and summaries as required. Perform any other ad hoc tasks from time to time as required by management.

Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in any subject. At least 5 years of working experience in the procurement-related field for senior level. Experience in the palm oil industry, especially from the refinery sector, is an added advantage.
