The Milan Research Team is looking for a detail-oriented Operation Assistant to support technical team operations, streamline project workflows, and coordinate business meetings.

This role ensures smooth execution of lab processes, organizes team-building activities, and tracks project milestones to address any issues promptly.

Ideal candidates bring strong organizational and communication skills, adaptability, and resilience under pressure.

Proficiency in Italian, English, and Chinese is essential.

Location: Milan

Contract: One-year contract, with the possibility of renewal

Salary: Approximately 30, 000 per year

Responsabilità Key Responsibilities: Project Operations Support: Facilitate the technical teams project development and implementation processes within the labs.

Process Management: Assist with key internal processes, including documentation, reimbursement procedures, and using online tools for asset management.

Meeting Coordination: Organize regular business meetings within the labs and track open issues to ensure timely resolution.

Team Activities: Plan and coordinate team-building initiatives and workshops to foster a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.

Functie-eisen Skills and Qualifications: Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to managing projects and processes.

Master or Bachelor Degree.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.

Adaptability, resilience under pressure, and a strong sense of purpose.

Prior experience organizing and executing large conferences and events is a plus.

Fluency in Italian, English, and Chinese.
