As the Operation HSE Specialist, you will manage the day-to-day activity in the Campus being HSE frontline.

You will partner with the Operation Leaders and team to reduce and manage risks associated with operations.

You will be accountable for strengthening our interdependent HSE culture.

In this role you will be: Supporting Campus HSE Surveillance and monitoring (H&S and E) performance Supporting the Safety Talks deployment and management of Concerns/IDEAS Responsible for JSA revision / Non-Routinary activities Risk Assessment Responsible for Management of Change (MOC) follow-up Responsible for environmental sampling (air emissions, water discharge, noise) Supporting HSE Digital tool management and the organization to learn from Normal Operations Acting as Life Saving Rules (LSR) reference point on the shop floor Responsible for Contractors HSE Oversight and HSE Supervision Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.

Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Be familiar with HSE operations Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety) Have basic knowledge of HSE management systems, Local HSE regulations, and widely used International standards.

Preferably have ASPP qualification Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.

Be able to communicate fluently in Italian and English.
